Service of documents on the first party is $99.00 plus applicable return mileage at $0.99/km. An unsuccessful attempted service is $85.00 plus applicable KM charges for some cities. HST is additional.
Standard timing depends on the location and schedule. Rush within 24 hours and same-day priority requests may be available for additional fees. Both are subject to availability.
No. Azu cannot guarantee that the intended recipient will be located or successfully served.
An Affidavit of Service may be provided following successful service, where applicable. For unsuccessful attempts, appropriate attempt or report documentation may be provided instead.
Azu can discuss an additional attempt, a different attendance time, stakeout service or other available next steps. Additional attempts and services are charged separately.
